2. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we may not be able to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed. However, if you notice an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you.


3. What should I do if I received a damaged or faulty item?

We're sorry to hear if you've received a damaged or faulty item! Please contact us at kingooshop21@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.


4. What are your shipping options?

We offer the following shipping options:

  • UK Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.99

  • UK Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £6.99

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50
